Role & Responsibilities

• Administer and correct employee schedules, record and reconcile overtime within the ADP time & payroll system.
• Monitor time counters and employee profiles on ADP; extract and analyse monthly ADP reports to support operational decisions.
• Enter and update the store rota across scheduling applications (days off, VM, Sundays, public holidays, training days) and manage exceptional workdays.
• Act as the principal planning liaison for store teams, responding to queries and coordinating with managers to ensure operational coverage and service continuity.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics: schedule arrivals/departures, manage uniform issuance, configure Hpad access, prepare badges and complete administrative formalities.
• Oversee uniform and silk accessory programmes: maintain inventory and coordination with Operations, and participate in uniform change campaigns.
• Collaborate with the store trainer to plan ancillary tasks, manage training registrations and assist in organising and deploying training workshops.

Qualifications

• Bac+2/3 (two- or three-year post-secondary diploma) or equivalent vocational qualification; relevant retail administrative experience is an asset.
• High degree of rigor, discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling personnel data.
• Proactive mindset with strong organisational skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Team-oriented with a pronounced service mentality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and an appetite for digitalisation and process improvement; prior experience with ADP or other workforce management systems is desirable.

Beginners accepted; preferred candidates will have demonstrable administrative experience in a retail environment or prior exposure to workforce planning/scheduling duties.

Education

Bac+2 or Bac+3 (two- or three-year post-secondary diploma) or equivalent vocational qualification; apprenticeship candidates are welcome.
