Hermès — Pantin: Planning & ERP Functional Expert (Senior) to lead APS–ERP integration, data governance and upstream supply‑chain planning.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the functional architecture linking APS and ERP for upstream planning, including definition of exchange flows (referential and transactional data).
- Define and document planning processes (production planning, materials procurement, finished-goods supply, subcontracting, central depot distribution) and their articulation between systems.
- Ensure data governance and quality for reference and transactional objects (items, BOMs, routings, capacities, suppliers, planning parameters, stocks, orders).
- Specify and participate in the design of integration flows (ETL, APIs, batch interfaces), including transformation, cleansing and enrichment rules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to preserve and improve integration performance and with business process owners (BPO) to identify process improvements.
- Analyse change requests for the APS and integration layer, assess impacts on the integration architecture, and contribute to prioritisation and validation of functional designs.
- Provide domain expertise on upstream supply‑chain planning and demand management to stakeholders across manufacturing and logistics sites; occasional travel to business sites.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent Bac+5.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in supply chain, industry or consulting with significant exposure to planning processes.
- Proven experience in articulating and integrating APS solutions with ERP systems.
- Professional English required.
- Strong client service orientation, clear communication, ability to structure and present complex ideas simply.
- Result-oriented mindset with capacity to simplify complex problems and to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.

Experience
At least 6 years of professional experience in supply chain planning within industry or consulting, with demonstrated responsibility for APS–ERP integration and upstream planning processes.
Education
Engineering diploma or equivalent (Bac+5).
