Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate high-level meetings across multiple time zones, including regional leadership forums, board meetings, and budget sessions
- Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, minutes, and action item tracking for C-suite and board-level engagements
- Arrange international travel logistics including flights, accommodation, visa coordination, and detailed itinerary preparation
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications with discretion
- Prepare and format executive presentations, strategic reports, correspondence, and confidential briefing materials
