Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the operational interface between central EHSF teams and local sites to cascade standards, relay needs and implement changes.
  • Ensure the quality, coherence and compliance of training pathways across assigned EHSF sites, from learner intake to certification.
  • Manage all operational and administrative processes related to training delivery, maintaining traceability and regulatory documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and certification requirements (Qualiopi, OPCO, inspection académique and external certifiers).
  • Coordinate the pedagogical deployment of curricula and support local trainers, tutors and apprentices in adopting tools, methods and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimisation levers, contributing to cross‑site harmonisation projects and supporting change management.
  • Represent the Direction EHSF with institutional partners, certificate bodies and professional networks; develop and animate a local ecosystem to promote training and apprenticeship.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years' professional experience in training, apprenticeship management, learning operations or administrative coordination.
  • Proven knowledge of French vocational training regulatory frameworks and certification processes (Qualiopi, OPCO, inspection académique).
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a changing, multi‑site environment.
  • High level of rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, with strong organisational autonomy and a results orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to accompany teams and resolve complex situations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently between sites (Normandy and Île‑de‑France).

Experience

At least six years of progressively responsible experience in vocational training, learning & development operations, apprenticeship administration or a related field, ideally within manufacturing, artisanal production or a regulated educational environment. Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in education, adult learning, HR, vocational training or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience in training and apprenticeship management.
