Hermès Textile Holding seeks Payroll Manager for Bourgoin Jallieu, France. Manage multi-entity payroll, compliance, and employee relations. CDI, permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, calculate, control and analyse payroll for all three subsidiaries in strict compliance with social and contractual legislation
- Collect, process and verify variable payroll elements; establish social declarations, URSSAF treatments, and DSN submissions; manage social charges and filings with associated organisations
- Manage time-tracking systems: create badge configurations, parameterise employee records, monitor clock-ins, and administer leave (paid leave, sick leave, training, business travel)
- Serve as primary liaison for time-tracking and payroll system parameterisation; calculate performance bonuses, profit-sharing and thirteenth-month payments according to applicable collective agreements
- Provide direct employee support and coaching on payroll and time management enquiries; manage restaurant voucher administration
- Execute administrative procedures: oversee employee onboarding/offboarding (DPAE, health/retirement/provident fund registrations), prepare employment certificates and salary attestations, manage illness files and severance documentation
- Interface with external organisations (CPAM, AXA, Sodexo) on matters relating to employee benefits and statutory obligations
- Contribute to payroll commissions addressing cross-functional issues; input data into MyClickH (the group HRIS) to enable ADP interface functionality
- Develop social dashboards and establish payroll management procedures; monitor and report on key HR metrics
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate+3 qualification in Payroll Management or Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Payroll Manager or Multi-Entity Payroll Specialist
- Strong working knowledge of French labour law and social security regulations
- Advanced proficiency with ADP and contemporary HR information systems
- Demonstrated expertise in payroll processing, social declarations (URSSAF, DSN), and statutory reporting
- Rigorous attention to detail and data accuracy; ability to prioritise competing demands
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Capacity to serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted payroll advisor
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in a payroll management or specialist role, preferably across multiple legal entities or establishments with exposure to varying collective bargaining frameworks and complex regulatory environments within the French textile or manufacturing sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent qualification in Payroll Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline; formal training in French social security and labour law is advantageous.
