Hermès Sellier in Pantin, France seeks an experienced Payroll and Personnel Administrator (CDI) to manage payroll and HR administration for 500+ employees.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and control payroll sheets according to established payroll schedules and processes, including entry of variable elements, advances, garnishments, and non-interfaced items
- Manage and validate individual employee files for payroll processing, ensuring data coherence on payslips, mutual insurance affiliation, GTA cycle assignment, and badge allocation
- Process and verify contractual modifications including work schedule changes, Senior Agreements, RQTH Agreements, and work-life balance agreements with attention to contribution continuation rules
- Handle all employee departures including retirements, terminations, and negotiated ruptures; validate final settlement calculations, prepare settlement documentation, and perform quality assurance on sensitive cases
- Manage contract suspensions including full and part-time parental leave, sabbaticals, and business creation scenarios
- Supervise time management operations including cycle management, anomaly corrections, absence entries (illness, workplace injuries, maternity/paternity, family events), and incident code validation; verify GTA data coherence with payroll submissions
- Control and reconcile paid leave, seniority leave, and RTT; manage element transfers during employee mobility
- Review and validate annual pay reviews (NAO), 13th-month bonuses, October premiums, and miscellaneous bonuses
- Monitor employee savings plan elements including profit-sharing, employee savings plans (participation), and reserved savings plans (PPV)
- Manage monthly payroll alerts according to defined processes; track ACE alerts and report to the Payroll Manager
- Monitor absenteeism within assigned scope including IJSS actions coordination with external providers, relaunching with employees and HR teams, and payroll entry recording
- Process IJSS reimbursement entries for therapeutic part-time arrangements and pilot loss adjustments with the Payroll Manager
- Manage insurance claim file preparation and follow-up (long-term illness, disability) in compliance with 180-day regulatory deadlines
- Control, correct anomalies, and validate DSN (Unified Social Declaration) files; ensure completeness of URSSAF and pension charge files on the network
- Prepare and verify FCTU files with anomaly corrections
- Process charge payments including alimony, garnishments, URSSAF contributions, and pension payments
- Archive employee documents in the virtual office according to updated archiving protocols
- Manage mutual insurance administration with external providers including enrollments, cancellations, and portability
- Monitor transit passes for non-Hermès subsidiary companies during annual campaigns
- Draft response letters in compliance with applicable regulations including DDADUE law and suspension or maternity leave notifications
- Write and maintain payroll reference documentation (synopsis) in coordination with team leads, the Payroll Manager, and payroll experts
- Update payroll reference materials during procedural modifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of payroll experience acquired in a professional services firm or corporate environment
- Advanced knowledge of ADP payroll software including payroll processing, time management, ACE alerts, and DSN submission
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated mastery of payroll technical principles and regulatory compliance
- Strong reliability and attention to accuracy in financial and administrative records
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive payroll experience in either a professional services firm or direct corporate environment, demonstrating mastery of end-to-end payroll processes, regulatory compliance, and employee administration.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+4) or equivalent qualification in human resources, accounting, finance, or payroll administration.
