Hermès Services Groupe, Pantin – Fixed-term Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist (CDD), managing payroll for ~500 employees.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and control payroll bulletins in accordance with the payroll schedule and process, including entry of variable elements, advance payments, and non-interfaced items with MCH
- Manage and verify onboarding of individual employee files, validating payroll data coherence, mutual affiliation, GTA cycle assignments, and badge numbering
- Process and control contractual modifications including work duration changes, Senior Agreements, RQTH Agreements, and work-life balance agreements with attention to contribution maintenance
- Manage and verify employee departures across all termination types (retirement, dismissal, severance agreements) with final settlement calculations, STC documentation, and portability review
- Supervise contract suspension management including parental leave, sabbaticals, and business creation scenarios
- Oversee time management including cycle management, anomaly corrections, and absence coding (sick leave, workplace accidents, maternity/paternity, family events) with GTA-to-payroll coherence verification
- Monitor and control paid leave, seniority leave, and RTT (Reduced Time) with element transfers during internal mobility
- Verify annual salary reviews (NAO), 13th-month bonuses, October premiums, and miscellaneous bonus elements
- Control employee savings plan elements including profit-sharing, employee stock purchase plans, and participation programs
- Conduct monthly monitoring of ACE alerts defined in the payroll process
- Track accounting discrepancies identified by accounting (advance payment gaps, payment variances) in coordination with the Payroll Manager
- Manage absenteeism including IJSS (daily social insurance allowance) actions with service providers, follow-ups with employees and HR teams, and missing document management
- Process IJSS reimbursement entries for therapeutic part-time arrangements
- Oversee loss accounting entries under Payroll Manager guidance
- Constitute and monitor insurance claim files (long-term illness, disability) within 180-day regulatory deadlines
- Control, correct anomalies, and validate DSN (Unified Social Declaration) files; ensure URSSAF and pension charge file completeness within established deadlines
- Control anomalies and produce FCTU (quarterly wage summary) files
- Process charge payments for the designated scope (spousal support, wage garnishments, URSSAF, pension contributions)
- Archive employee documents in the virtual office according to established archiving protocols
- Manage mutual insurance coordination including enrollment, termination, and portability with service providers
- Monitor transport benefit allocations during annual campaigns for non-Hermès entities
- Draft and issue compliance-compliant employee correspondence (DDADUE regulations, suspension and maternity notices)
- Write and update payroll referential synopses in collaboration with referents, Payroll Manager, and Payroll Experts
- Maintain payroll synopses reflecting all modifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/+4) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum ten years of professional payroll experience acquired in either accounting firms or corporate environments
- Demonstrated technical mastery and reliability in payroll operations
- Proficient in ADP software (payroll, time management, ACE, and DSN modules)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills

Education
