Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell across all product departments; proactively identify and convert sales opportunities on an expanded sales floor.
  • Deliver an outstanding, personalised in-store client experience; liaise with External Relations when appropriate to create memorable moments.
  • Develop and maintain a personal client file, prospect and retain national and international clientele autonomously.
  • Act as an ambassador of Hermès values, communicating the Maison’s craftsmanship and artisan stories to clients and new colleagues.
  • Participate in store life: inventory counts, merchandising changes, stock organisation and upkeep of assigned department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods.
  • Demonstrated client-focused mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales results.
  • Excellent interpersonal presence, empathy and humility with a generous approach to selling.
  • Digital agility: comfortable using digital tools and new communication channels.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Experience
