Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Paid Media Project Manager within the Activation team to implement operational digital campaigns across the Maison’s activities (fashion shows, watchmaking, home, silk, events and institutional communications).
- Create and manage tracked links; receive, control and validate campaign previews and final assets prior to deployment.
- Serve as daily point of contact for international subsidiaries to ensure seamless campaign follow-up and local coordination.
- Assist paid social activities: draft campaign texts, coordinate translations with agencies, prepare and consolidate delivery files.
- Manage display advertising tasks: analyse technical specifications, verify compliance of deliverables and coordinate final content approvals.
- Update, organise and structure the content library (assets, documents, project files) to maintain version control and accessibility.
- Conduct monitoring of product launches, media trends and evolutions in digital solutions to feed innovation and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master 2 (or equivalent) program in communications, marketing, business, or management (apprenticeship track).
- Initial professional experience in media, digital marketing or paid media preferred; beginners accepted.
- Demonstrated rigour, organisational aptitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen interest in the creative aspects of media (image formats, copy/wording, layout specifications).
- Solid understanding of digital formats (social platforms, display), web culture and media buying fundamentals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive initiative and proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities; professional command of English (C1).

Some prior exposure to media or digital marketing is desirable; the position accepts candidates at the beginning of their professional career and is suitable for students seeking an apprenticeship placement.
