Hermès Parfum Beauté seeks Packaging Development Intern for 6-month role in Paris. Support packaging innovation and sustainable development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate on packaging development projects including prototype monitoring, testing follow-up, and approval/industrialization management
- Manage administrative aspects of development: product reference creation, nomenclature tables, technical specifications in dedicated software, and project tracking dashboards
- Conduct packaging study, design, and development from brief reception through production, including technical specification writing, design validation, prototype refinement, and supplier coordination
- Monitor sustainable development initiatives and packaging innovation trends through industry press, trade shows, and supplier engagement; prepare and present internal findings
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program or following a generalist Engineering degree with specialization in materials, mechanics, or related discipline
- Demonstrated capacity for adaptation, synthesis, and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of materials and their forming processes with strong aptitude for project and timeline management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum B1 level English proficiency
