Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the data quality steward for Operations: validate, reconcile and structure operational datasets exchanged with finance, commercial and inventory systems to ensure business coherence and traceability.
• Design, develop and maintain management dashboards (Power BI, potentially Tableau) to monitor KPIs such as OTIF, purchase volumes, manufacturing lead times, delivery performance and logistics efficiency.
• Ensure freshness, consistency and reliability of KPIs and alert stakeholders to data anomalies or system inconsistencies.
• Analyse data from the Hermès Data Warehouse to produce deep‑dive diagnostics (supplier segmentation, supplier risk, S&OP performance, supplier impact vs. sell‑in) and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Lead transversal data projects related to data quality, dataviz and BI; coordinate internal and external stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Identify user needs and iterate dashboards and reports according to business priorities to support strategic and operational decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of operational experience in supply chain and/or purchasing functions within a manufacturing, retail or luxury environment.
• Proven experience building and maintaining business dashboards and reports for operations teams, with a pragmatic sense of KPI design.
• Strong command of reporting and data tools including Excel, Power BI, Tableau and SQL; familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts.
• Practical knowledge of ERP and APS systems and their data flows; ability to map source systems to analytical outputs.
• Excellent analytical rigour, attention to data integrity and ability to produce clear, actionable insights for operational teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• APICS 'Basics of Supply Chain Management' certification is a plus.

Experience

At least one year of operational supply‑chain or purchasing experience is required, with hands‑on involvement in KPI reporting, dashboard development and cross‑functional data projects. Proven exposure to BI tooling and the ability to operationalise data insights in supply chain contexts is expected.

Education

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, data science, business analytics or equivalent professional experience.
