Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory in the Vancouver store, ensuring accurate and efficient receiving and shipping of items.
- Maintain accurate records in the appropriate systems and support management in inventory counts.
- Perform day-to-day operations and inventory controls for stock accuracy.
- Process receiving, transfers, shipments, and returns while aligning physical and IT systems.
- Manage daily replenishment of storage areas on the sales floor.
- Assist in the follow-up and correction of negative stock as needed.
- Prepare for and perform inventory and cycle counts.
- Investigate discrepancies and propose corrective actions to minimize future discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices.
- Develop mastery of all stock-related processes and tools.
- Collaborate with the full store team and contribute to team meetings.
- Maintain the quality of stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in store operations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Service-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient with Excel and IT tools.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, crouch, and lift up to 20 kg.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in store operations, with a focus on inventory management and stock control.
