Hermès seeks Operations & Marketing Coordinator (VIE) in Miami. Support demand planning and visual merchandising across Americas for Perfume & Beauty division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end forecasting processes for four annual product launch cycles (Fragrances and Beauty), including building client forecasting files and consolidating regional outputs
  • Coordinate and monitor new product launches across the Americas region, serving as primary contact between regional teams and HQ for novelties forecasting and adjustments
  • Manage forecast updates including additional demand requests, client releases, and quantity reallocation across markets
  • Lead visual merchandising planning and execution for Travel Retail Americas, including rotation calendar development, planogram creation, and visual proof management
  • Develop and manage trade marketing plans for selected Central and Latin American markets, coordinating store activation projects and promotional animations
  • Place and manage purchase orders for visual rotations, trade marketing activations, and visual merchandise kits
  • Prepare and present monthly operations meetings to the regional team, including achievement reports, supply information, and forecast calendar updates
  • Prepare regional reports including launches, monthly performance, and quarterly reviews in partnership with the Marketing team
  • Build and maintain reporting and support tools, including migration of tracking tools to Power BI and optimization of tracking processes
  • Monitor post-launch performance versus forecast and proactively engage stakeholders in case of deviations

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or equivalent discipline
  • Experience in demand planning, supply chain coordination, or related planning roles within consumer goods, luxury goods, distribution, or retail sectors
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (data handling, pivot tables) and Power BI
  • Fluency in English and French; Spanish language skills preferred
  • Strong project management expertise with excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Detail-oriented, rigorous, and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with constant change
