Hermès Parfum Beauté seeks Operational Marketing Assistant (internship) in Paris. 6-month placement, January 2027. Nielsen/NPD analysis, sales forecasting, campaign deployment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor sell-out and sell-in performance across France and Belgium using Nielsen and NPD panel data, encompassing both brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce channels
- Conduct monthly and ad-hoc performance analyses of the Fragrances and Beauty product portfolio
- Construct and maintain performance dashboards and provide quantitative/qualitative reporting to international teams
- Track sales forecasting execution and coordinate action plans in collaboration with the International Operations department
- Support the operational deployment of media campaigns across all channels (outdoor, television, digital, and print)
- Synthesize 360-degree marketing activation plans and compile reporting for internal and international stakeholder communication
- Produce internal newsletters documenting product launches and marketing initiatives
- Execute competitive intelligence studies and field market research activities for the Fragrances and Beauty categories
- Conduct field tours to assess market conditions and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent programme
- Prior successful internship or professional experience of six months or more in operational marketing or trade marketing is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated strong capacity for numerical analysis and data interpretation
- Structured thinking combined with aesthetic sensibility and intellectual curiosity
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail, organizational discipline, and autonomy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience
A prior successful six-month internship or professional engagement in operational marketing, trade marketing, or a related marketing function is strongly preferred. Beginners are accepted.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Business School, IAE, University programme, or equivalent institution.
