Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to optimize and simplify back-office follow-up of customer services, complaints, and repair cases
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive business performance across all service-related operations
- Support boutique opening and closing procedures, ensuring accuracy of till controls and cash remittances
- Review and comment on till operation reports using internal systems
- Assist the stock team in reviewing and correcting negative stocks or stock discrepancies
- Train new team members on operational processes and tools, communicating new features and procedures
- Manage staff rosters to optimize sales floor coverage, accounting for overtime, paid leave, sick leave, and accidents
- Supervise the allocation of staff uniforms, including fitting, ordering, remittance, alterations, dry cleaning, and spare inventory
- Organize the supply of office stationeries, food and beverages, and operational tools; coordinate with suppliers and control delivery and invoicing
- Monitor the quality of interactions between the Sales & Service team and customers, ensuring alignment with Hermès Standards of Excellence
- Manage and supervise internal leather artisans and/or tailors as applicable
- Organize weekly morning briefings with the Sales & Service team and provide regular feedback to the Boutique Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant retail management operations experience in luxury brands, high-end fashion, jewelry, or watch retailing
- Exceptional organizational skills with a rigorous and reliable approach to autonomous work management
- Pleasant demeanor with strong work ethic, service-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin Chinese

Experience
Minimum 6 years of relevant retail management operations experience in the luxury sector, including high-end fashion, jewelry, or watch retailing, or equivalent capacity in similar environments.
Education
