Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct medical surveillance of employees in accordance with specific protocols aligned with identified occupational health risks
- Supervise occupational health nursing staff assigned to the designated geographic scope
- Provide strategic counsel and ongoing monitoring in occupational health matters to senior management and participate in social dialogue forums
- Actively contribute to occupational risk prevention and workplace condition improvement through collaboration with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Human Resources, and local stakeholders
- Serve as a key partner in the deployment of company-wide health, safety, and disability policies within a growth-oriented corporate context
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine) with registration at the French National Medical Council (Conseil National de l'Ordre des Médecins)
- Occupational Health Physician qualification (Médecin du travail)
- Significant professional experience in demanding corporate environments
