Hermès is recruiting a New Technologies Activation Assistant in Paris for a six-month internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help prepare and facilitate workshops on AI and related tools for varied internal audiences.
- Contribute to designing engaging new workshop formats tailored to teams’ needs.
- Coordinate the operational follow-up of sessions and help prepare session summaries.
- Help animate the AI ambassadors’ community by creating content, sharing information, and facilitating discussion.
- Identify and highlight good practices within the community to encourage collective engagement.
- Support follow-up of the AI and data training plan in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to regular reporting to measure the impact of actions.
Qualifications
- Be rigorous, organized, and attentive to the quality of deliverables, including training materials and communications content.
- Have a strong curiosity about artificial intelligence and digital innovation, and a desire to deepen understanding of these topics in a demanding professional environment.
- Build effective relationships with varied contacts and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English, and express ideas clearly and precisely.
