Hermès Manufacture de Métaux seeks a New Product Development Coordinator (CDI) in Fontenay-sous-Bois to manage luxury metal component projects from prototype to launch.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with internal and external clients and partners, responding promptly and reliably to all inquiries and requirements
- Collaborate with central and site-based technical development teams to plan, organize, and monitor the advancement of product development initiatives
- Coordinate all project phases from initial design conception through Article Assortment Release (AAR) delivery, optimizing delivery schedules through continuous constructive dialogue with on-site teams and supply chain partners
- Communicate project priorities and ensure effective information flow across partners and project team members
- Manage project launches and oversee on-site implementation and follow-up activities
- Handle administrative project documentation and requirements
- Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders, clarifying project requirements and maintaining fluid communication between internal teams and clients throughout the development process
- Construct and monitor budget reporting in support of the account manager
- Track and analyze revenue evolution by portfolio and client segment
- Prepare internal decision-making forums and client presentations (modelario, collection reviews, etc.)
- Identify collection-related risks in coordination with other departments to anticipate solutions
- Share pertinent information across production divisions and development stakeholders to prevent production complications
- Propose process improvements and optimizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or Customer Service
- Proven experience in project management with both B2B and B2C exposure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently
- Proficiency with IT tools and project management software

Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing, luxury goods, or B2B-B2C environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or Customer Service
