Hermès Manufacture de Métaux is hiring a New Product Coordinator in Fontenay‑sous‑Bois, France to manage product development projects from prototype to delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for internal and external clients, building durable relationships and responding to requests with speed and reliability.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end development projects from prototyping through to risk inventory clearance and AAR deliveries, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate closely with central and on‑site technical teams and the commercial referents to gather product requirements and plan project schedules.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment by communicating priorities, circulating information among stakeholders and challenging delivery timelines with sites and Supply Chain.
  • Support project launches on sites and oversee administrative project management tasks, including documentation and routing.
  • Prepare and maintain budgetary reporting, monitor portfolio revenue evolution, and produce materials for internal and client decision instances (modelario, collection reviews).
  • Identify collection‑specific risks in partnership with other functions and propose process improvements to mitigate production or delivery issues.

Qualifications

  • University diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Customer Service or a related discipline.
  • Minimum three years' experience in project coordination or product development, with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven ability to manage client relationships.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with capacity to work autonomously and to lead cross‑functional coordination.
  • Proficient with IT tools and project management software; comfortable operating within ERP environments.
