Multi-Technical Services Coordinator position in Le Vaudreuil, Normandy. Industrial facilities maintenance and contractor management role in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and oversee execution of multi-technical service contracts including sprinkler systems, fire safety systems, compressed air systems, HVAC, elevators, and kitchen equipment
- Develop technical specifications, manage tender processes, evaluate contractors, and negotiate service contracts in compliance with procurement procedures
- Ensure contractor compliance with intervention schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards through audits and ongoing supervision
- Perform routine building maintenance tasks including electrical work, cleaning, exterior repairs, and water system management
- Coordinate security control interventions with the HSE team and manage external contractor safety compliance
- Execute minor renovations and internal improvement projects
- Prepare facility layouts for training sessions, seminars, and staff meetings
- Lead cross-functional projects within the facilities domain
- Collaborate with the External Contractor Safety Officer to ensure safe working practices
Qualifications
- BTS or equivalent vocational qualification in electrical engineering or technical field (BAC+2 minimum)
- Electrical safety certifications and qualifications
- Ability to manage and supervise external service providers
- Capacity to conduct quality and compliance audits
- Proficiency in multi-technical and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Project management capability
- QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) knowledge
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in a maintenance, facilities management, or general services role, preferably within the chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
Education
BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) or equivalent BAC+2 level technical qualification, ideally in electrical engineering or building systems technology.
