Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability, correct operation and regulatory compliance of building technical equipment across the Pierre‑Bénite sites (tertiary offices, logistics and workshops — excluding production tools).
- Perform general building maintenance: basic locksmithing, carpentry, painting and assorted repairs; carry out multi‑trade interventions as required.
- Diagnose faults, implement appropriate corrective actions and secure areas following incidents.
- Execute basic electrical work: fault finding, lighting replacement and simple conformity interventions within the scope of the candidate’s habilitations.
- Carry out plumbing repairs and small‑works: replace sanitary elements, locate and repair leaks, maintain evacuations and fittings.
- Manage furniture installation and internal moves; support site reorganisation and layout changes.
- Maintain rigorous reporting and traceability of interventions to guarantee operational continuity.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external service providers and suppliers; escalate and coordinate larger repairs or specialised interventions.
- Apply and promote strict safety procedures and a strong safety culture during all interventions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in building or facilities maintenance on commercial/industrial sites.
- Electrical habilitation: BS or BE Manœuvre (or equivalent basic electrical authorization).
- CACES 3 (counterbalanced forklift) certification.
- Practical welding skills (stainless steel and aluminium).
- Demonstrable autonomy, reactivity and ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Strong service orientation, professional presentation and clear communication skills.
- Rigor in procedure compliance, intervention traceability and safety practices.

Experience
Minimum three years’ practical experience in building/facilities maintenance covering multi‑trade interventions (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) and fault diagnosis on commercial or industrial sites.
Education
Vocational qualification in building maintenance, electromechanical trades or equivalent professional experience (e.g. CAP/BEP/BTS or similar).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Pierre-Bénite, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, with easy access to Lyon.
