Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the operational run for the Footwear business within the MOA perimeter: provide user support, resolve incidents and drive rapid functional improvements.
- Define and formalize business needs with operational stakeholders and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Align functional solutions with technical teams (internal IT/DSI or external IT service providers) and follow technical delivery through to deployment.
- Plan and execute testing, user acceptance (recette), training, go‑live and post‑launch support for new functionalities.
- Act as assistant project manager on large transformation programmes (ERP change): support project governance, planning and coordination between HSI (Hermès IT), business teams and external partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: develop training repositories, document business processes, identify tool optimisation opportunities and ensure structured, durable resolution of application issues.
- Promote a data‑centric and process‑driven culture, working closely with operational teams to embed best practices and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience (including internships or alternance) with exposure to IT projects.
- Demonstrated experience in IT project management or functional analysis.
- Strong analytical, formalisation and synthesis capabilities; rigorous and adaptable working style.
- Excellent collaboration skills, customer service orientation and operational pedagogy.
- Ability to perform in a demanding, complex and fast‑paced environment and a genuine appetite for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of luxury/fashion processes or familiarity with PLM and ERP Supply Chain tools is an advantage.

At least 1 year of relevant professional experience, which may include internships or alternance, with demonstrable exposure to IT project work, functional analysis or support in transformation projects.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent.
