Role & Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain master technico‑functional documentation (master data, user profiles/rights, hardware) to standardize MES deployments across all manufacturing sites.
- Define and formalize site-by-site prerequisites (data migration, staffing, equipment, infrastructure, training) in coordination with business teams and the software integrator/vendor.
- Develop and maintain realistic training datasets and scenarios to support effective end-user training.
- Work alongside the project team at the pilot site to identify configuration parameters and elements to be standardized for roll-out.
- Prepare, present and deliver deployment packs and readiness artefacts to each leather‑goods site prior to go‑live.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and availability of all deliverables required for successful MES deployments.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Bac+4 or Bac+5 (Master level) in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems Management or Supply Chain.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel — including VBA, macros and pivot tables — is mandatory.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting in Python or R is a strong advantage.
- Prior exposure to ERP systems and to data integration between enterprise systems is desirable.
- Experience with project collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, analytical rigour and ability to propose practical improvements.

Experience
Beginners accepted; targeted at students in a Bac+4/5 apprenticeship. Prior internships or exposure to ERP/MES projects, data integration or manufacturing IT initiatives are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+4 / Bac+5 (Master) program in Business or Engineering with a focus on Information Systems Management or Supply Chain.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Pantin, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
