Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and benchmark peer offerings.
- Support assortment planning and merchandise selection for in-store events and activations.
- Assist with stock in/out analysis and execution of inventory rebalancing recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Merchandise Manager to develop and deliver product trainings and event-related merchandising.
- Prepare and pull daily and ad hoc sales and inventory reports; maintain accuracy of dashboards and datasets.
- Analyze store selling and stock data to produce concise business recaps and actionable insights.
- Participate in the Generation H learning series, mentorship activities and the program capstone project.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in an Associate, Bachelor's or Master's degree program and available to work full-time for the full five-month program (July 13, 2026 – December 18, 2026).
- Beginners accepted; proactive self-starter who can take initiative and work independently.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to numerical detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; collaborative team player.
- Luxury retail or brand experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred; comfort with reporting and data presentation.

Open to candidates with minimal professional experience; relevant coursework, internship or retail exposure is advantageous. Luxury brand experience is a plus but not required.
