Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achievement of budgetary objectives and growth of European e‑commerce revenue through merchandising and planning activities.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs by product category and collection (revenue, months of stock, sell‑through, delivery rates) and produce reliable regular reporting by métier and country.
  • Analyse assortment and mix trends, synthesise in‑market feedback and propose actionable recommendations to adapt buying strategy.
  • Define purchase budgets in conjunction with Retail Merchandisers and Retail Planning; prepare and participate in quarterly purchasing cycles (four times per year).
  • Ensure healthy stock landing and coverage: monitor inventory levels, identify replenishment or transfer needs, and optimise stock to avoid overstocks and stockouts.
  • Pilot permanent stocked assortments and support end‑of‑season markdown operations.
  • Support the Retail Merchandising team on specific projects, contributing to implementation and follow‑up.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Grande École de Commerce (césure or final‑year) or an engineering school with a clear orientation toward luxury/fashion retail.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with rigorous attention to detail and a results orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to liaise with boutique directors, product teams and finance stakeholders.
  • Autonomous, proactive and able to perform under peak activity periods.
  • Availability for an apprenticeship rhythm (e.g., 3 weeks in company / 1 week at school or 3 days company / 2 days school).
  • Start date: September 1, 2026 (apprenticeship contract).
