Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement merchandising strategies for fashion accessories that align with brand positioning and local market dynamics across Hong Kong and Macau.
- Develop product assortment plans, product launch roadmaps, inventory policies and in‑store initiatives in collaboration with Merchandising Manager and Boutique Managers.
- Partner with retail teams to ensure flawless execution of product plans, drive commercial KPIs and optimize sell‑through.
- Provide actionable seasonal buying and merchandising guidance to stores, incorporating quantitative analysis and qualitative customer feedback.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with Communication and Visual Merchandising to ensure product presentation and placement support commercial objectives.
- Monitor and analyse product performance and sales trends to adjust stock levels, promotions and replenishment strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor studies to identify opportunities and emerging style trends; communicate insights to headquarters to inform product development.
- Prepare analytical reports evaluating the effectiveness of seasonal strategies and specific market initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Fashion, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant retail or merchandising experience; more experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Merchandiser role.
- Strong fashion sensibility combined with commercial acumen.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple levels and functions.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Experience
At least 5 years of applicable retail or merchandising experience, with proven success in product assortment, store collaboration and commercial performance analysis; candidates with greater seniority will be considered for a Senior Merchandiser title.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field preferred.
