Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, personalized client experiences for the Men's Footwear department, proactively identifying needs and opportunities to convert and grow sales.
  • Sell across departments and product categories, proposing complementary items to maximize average transaction value and lifetime client value.
  • Build, maintain and autonomously manage a private client file with regular follow-up and tailored aftercare for national and international customers.
  • Collaborate with the store team and external relations to design memorable client moments and ensure seamless service for VIPs and visiting guests.
  • Support store operations including inventory counts, stock upkeep, merchandising updates and maintaining presentation standards for the department.
  • Promote and explain the house's craftsmanship and artisan work to clients, reinforcing Hermès brand values in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum six years' professional experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within footwear, leather goods or high-end accessories.
  • Demonstrated commercial results and a strong customer‑service orientation with experience managing an international clientele.
  • Excellent verbal and written command of English.
  • Professional demeanour: discretion, humility, team spirit and a generous, persuasive approach to client relations.
  • Digital agility with comfort using mobile sales tools and contemporary communication channels.

Experience
