Hermès Sellier — Paris: Media Project Assistant Internship (6 months, full‑time) in the France Communications team. Start July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Media within the France Communications Directorate in the coordination and execution of media strategy and operations.
- Contribute to the construction and deployment of media strategies in line with brand guidelines.
- Support roll-out of campaigns across channels including press, outdoor/OOH, digital (display) and cinema.
- Coordinate campaign execution with the central media agency and creative agency; manage asset orders, deliveries and quality control.
- Create content for paid and owned channels for key activations (e.g., Instagram, Hermes.com homepage).
- Build and maintain campaign budgets, calendars and media plans.
- Prepare campaign reporting and performance tracking.
- Liaise regularly with Hermès International (weekly meetings) and act as primary contact for subsidiary teams, the holding and external partners.
- Provide occasional support on broader France Communications topics and for other entities (The Foundation, Perfume & Beauty, Watches).
Qualifications
- Current student in a Grande École, business school or equivalent university program with a specialization in communication.
- Available for a full‑time, six‑month conventionné internship starting July 2026.
- Ideally holds a prior internship experience in communication or advertising.
- Organized, methodical and rigorously attentive to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise campaign performance and translate findings into action.
- Comfortable managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Customer‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a service mentality.
- Fluent in English; proficient user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
