Hermès Sellier — Pantin: Materials Development Intern (6‑month internship) supporting colour and material testing within Footwear Product Development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination of seasonal colour development from concept to production alignment.
- Assist in monitoring colour consistency across series and additions, ensuring production alignment.
- Coordinate and track laboratory tests for materials and follow up on test outcomes with stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous-improvement projects for materials, including KPI updates, dissemination and performance analysis (e.g., colour behaviour for lining applications).
- Support management of material stock and the material TAP (technical approval process).
- Respond to and process cross‑functional requests from Style, Commercial, Product Development, Quality and Collection teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school (ITECH, ENSAIT or equivalent) with an internship agreement covering the full 6‑month period.
- Demonstrated rigour, organisational reliability and methodical working habits.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Product sensitivity and an interest in materials, colour and footwear manufacturing.

Experience
Beginners accepted; candidate must be a current engineering student authorised to undertake a 6‑month internship. Prior exposure to product development or materials testing is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in an engineering programme (ITECH, ENSAIT or equivalent).
