Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational follow‑up of new transformed material developments, including surface finishes and specific savoir‑faire processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers: monitor milestones, trigger follow‑ups, conduct technical exchanges and collect detailed technical data.
- Prepare and run project follow‑up meetings with internal stakeholders (Purchasing, Events/Showroom, Technical teams, Laboratory) and produce concise meeting minutes.
- Create and update material and know‑how datasheets, maintain planning and workflow documents, and keep collection tracking files current.
- Manage inventory entries/exits for materials in the information system and process purchasing transactions in the IT tool; maintain the development budget file.
- Prepare ancillary presentations and summary deliverables for targeted sourcing/market‑watch topics.
- Conduct market research and mapping of existing savoir‑faire; identify relevant actors and produce synthesis fiches or presentations.
Qualifications
- Final‑year student at an engineering or business school (apprenticeship track).
- First experience in project management is expected or highly desirable; internships acceptable (beginners accepted).
- Excellent organisational skills with rigour, curiosity and demonstrated autonomy.
- Strong written communication and synthesis abilities; able to produce clear technical summaries and minutes.
- Good command of English; Italian is a plus.
