Role & Responsibilities
- Manage an operational portfolio of customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring compliance with commercial, regulatory and logistical constraints.
- Create and integrate orders in the transactional ERP (M3) by manual entry, bulk import or EDI and monitor order status (launches, periodic replenishments, promotional stock).
- Maximise order fill‑rate by optimising allocation against shipping schedules, lead‑times and available stock; enforce and monitor client retro‑planning to meet delivery commitments.
- Ensure accuracy of product information and the completeness of shipping documentation; apply and validate the negotiated Incoterms for each shipment.
- Coordinate invoicing and billing execution according to confirmed schedules; follow up on disputes (transport, preparation, pricing), issue credit notes and organise returns to minimise payment delays.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and liaise daily with internal teams (accounting, logistics, finance, planning, forecasting, IT) to ensure smooth operational interactions.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Commercial Management, Supply Chain, International Trade or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in order management, customer services, supply‑chain operations or commercial administration.
- Business‑level English and professional fluency in French, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience with ERP transaction processing and order‑to‑cash workflows; familiarity with export documentation and Incoterms.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) and strong numerical accuracy.
- Highly organised, methodical, with strong prioritisation, analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Education
Degree in Commercial Management, Supply Chain, International Trade or equivalent higher education.
