Hermès Sellier in Pantin seeks a Senior Manufacturing IT Solutions Lead to drive workshop digitalization and manufacturing systems transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Elicit and structure needs from multiple internal stakeholders with a field-oriented, cross-disciplinary approach to define high-value use cases.
- Analyze processes, formalize findings and present clear recommendations to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Define appropriate solutions within the existing application portfolio; when required, prepare and run RFI/RFPs to extend the service offering.
- Specify functional and non-functional requirements and document specifications in a clear, testable manner.
- Work with project managers to prioritize and plan configuration and development activities.
- Verify delivered functionality against documented requirements by conducting functional tests and supporting configuration/parameterization of tools.
- Support and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Maintain knowledge assets in the organisation’s knowledge management tools, perform technological watch and animate networks of domain experts.
- Travel occasionally between sites; role based in Pantin with periodic on-site presence across production locations.
Qualifications
- Engineering diploma or equivalent Master’s degree (Bac+5) in computer science, industrial engineering or related field.
- Minimum 6 years' professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally supporting IT/digitalisation programs.
- Strong understanding of production processes and workshop realities; ability to translate shop-floor needs into IT requirements.
- Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) and industrial connectivity is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to structure, synthesize and communicate complex information to technical and business audiences.
- Team-oriented, service-minded, pragmatic and motivated by continuous improvement and innovation.
- Professional proficiency in English, written and oral.

Experience
Minimum 6 years' professional experience in an industrial manufacturing context, with demonstrable participation in digitalisation or manufacturing IT programs supporting production processes and shop-floor operations. Experience interfacing with OT is advantageous.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent Bac+5 in computer science, industrial engineering or a related discipline.
