Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the technological foundations of manufacturing applications (MES, CMMS/GMAO, label‑printing systems, industrial connectivity/OT, production scheduling, telemaintenance, SCADA).
- Select, size and rationalize platform technologies to meet business needs and ensure scalability for project demand.
- Define clear technical requirements with functional experts and manage integrators and software vendors to deliver implementation and evolution work.
- Partner closely with infrastructure teams to accelerate deployments and ensure platform interoperability and security.
- Design and deploy repeatable, 'off‑the‑shelf' service offerings for high‑volume, recurring requests.
- Perform Level‑3 support and actively contribute to resolution of major incidents affecting manufacturing systems.
- Sustain knowledge in the organisation — maintain documentation in knowledge management tools, run technology watch and coordinate a network of subject‑matter experts.
- Travel occasionally to Hermès production sites to support deployments, audits and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac+5) or comparable technical qualification.
- 5–10 years' experience in the manufacturing domain with proven exposure to manufacturing IT (MES, CMMS/GMAO, OT environments).
- Strong command of technical architectures for industrial systems and the ability to explain architectures to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) and industrial connectivity principles.
- Excellent ability to structure, synthesise and communicate technical requirements; stakeholder management skills.
- Team‑oriented, service‑minded and pragmatic approach; appetite for innovation.
- Professional written and spoken English.

Minimum 5–10 years of professional experience in manufacturing IT or industrial systems, including hands‑on involvement with MES, CMMS and OT integration projects and operational support.
Education
Master's degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac+5) or comparable technical qualification.
