Hermès seeks a Communications Manager for Jewelry Métier Identity in Paris (7-month maternity cover). Lead team strategy and brand identity. October–April 2024–2025.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8 professionals across jewelry communications and identity initiatives
  • Coordinate external and internal communications campaigns with group-wide teams
  • Develop and deploy performance management tools, budget frameworks, and the 2027 strategic roadmap
  • Oversee the launch and international rollout of jewelry and fine jewelry events from conception through execution
  • Validate all digital and editorial content to maintain consistent métier identity across channels and platforms
  • Direct photoshoots, coordinate press showrooms, and maintain aesthetic standards for all brand communications and visual materials

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in communications and/or image management
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrix-driven environments
  • Deep appreciation for visual culture and refined aesthetic sensibility
  • Strong editorial and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate and influence stakeholders in transversal organizational structures
