The Management Controller joins Hermès Distribution France’s Management Control team in Paris, supporting financial closing, sales and margin reporting, store budget consolidation, and cross-functional finance work. This full-time fixed-term contract runs from mid-December 2026 through the end of June 2027, for six months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the tracking of open purchase orders for the annual close, in coordination with operational teams in stores and the central organization.
- Help prepare the source file for the closing memorandum and distribute data-entry procedures at the beginning of the year.
- Contribute to daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting.
- Help compile and submit stores’ monthly budgets to the Group.
- Support the tracking of supplier returns and after-sales service cases with business teams.
- Assist the Finance department with ad hoc assignments requiring a high level of quality.
Qualifications
- Comfortable working with figures and motivated to apply finance and data analysis skills in a demanding environment.
- Proficient in Excel and curious about business intelligence tools; able to explore, question and interpret data.
- Recognized for rigor, precision in execution and a service-oriented approach.
- Able to seek support and build constructive relationships with stakeholders.
- Interested in gaining a structured experience within a close-knit team, working on tangible, high-impact projects.
