Hermès Parfums & Beauté seeks a Management Controller (EMEA & Central Functions) in Paris — full‑time permanent role focused on monthly close, budgeting and market P&L.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close activities and ensure accuracy of EMEA revenue, provisions and market P&L reporting.
- Manage budget and planning cycles for the EMEA zone (templates, data collection, consolidation of market P&Ls).
- Monitor and animate international central functions and directions (monthly analyses, recommendations and local support).
- Coordinate internal and Group reporting, ensuring data consolidation, reliability and training of local interlocutors.
- Provide day‑to‑day market support: performance analyses, investment validation and ad hoc financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in management control or audit, with international exposure preferred.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of rigor, proactivity, service orientation, curiosity and excellent organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools (Excel, SAP, TM1, Cognos).

Minimum 5 years' professional experience in management control or audit, ideally within an international or multi‑market environment; exposure to EMEA markets and cross‑functional stakeholder management is highly valued.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
