Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to management control activities by working closely with the Regional Management Control Manager, serving as a trusted operational finance partner
- Prepare and share KPI dashboards relating to logistics and real estate expenses; analyze trends and performance drivers jointly with operational teams
- Reconcile IT operating expenses (OPEX) and communication costs
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to identify inventory provision risks and recommend items prioritized for sale
- Respond to operational requests and support development of new KPIs, reports, and dashboards aligned with business needs
- Work across Internal Control, Inventory Management, and business teams on inventory-related financial matters
- Participate in controlling and performance management projects
- Prepare annual budgets, reestimates, and three-year business plans in collaboration with the Regional Management Control Manager and departmental stakeholders
- Prepare inventory forecasts, wholesale projections, and treasury forecasts
- Challenge budget owners on assumptions, forecasts, and opportunities for optimization
- Prepare summary notes commenting on budget performance and forecast updates
- Assist in quarterly accruals and variance analysis (Actual vs Budget and Actual vs Prior Year)
- Contribute to smooth accounting close processes and quarterly re-invoicing activities
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting closings for assigned scope
- Prepare and submit reporting packages in Group reporting tools within established deadlines
- Support external audits by responding to auditors' queries
- Assist in preparation of business cases and payback analysis for new projects
- Review margin analysis and inventory reconciliations
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis upon request
- Support deployment, enhancement, and upgrade of Group financial tools and systems as a key project contributor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, or related field
- Experience within a Big Four firm is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Experience with financial systems such as CEGID and SAP
- Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset
- Exceptional accuracy, rigor, and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong synthesis skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels

Experience
Approximately 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a closely related field, preferably within a luxury retail, wholesale, or Big Four audit/consulting environment. Prior exposure to multi-dimensional financial analysis, budget cycles, and Group reporting standards is essential.
Education
Master's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent is required.
