Hermès is recruiting a Management Control Intern for a six-month, full-time internship in the first half of 2027 at its Pantin production site. The intern will support production and financial closing, inventory analysis and monitoring tools, and will contribute to occasional site operations tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in production and financial closing processes by analysing material consumption, productivity, actual results versus budget on the P&L, and investments.
- Contribute to inventories of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods, and help investigate consumption variances.
- Help create analyses and improve monitoring tools, while supporting occasional tasks related to site operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing technical or business studies at an engineering school, business school or university.
- Previous experience in management control.
- Recognised for excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, organisation and rigour.
- Proficient in the Pack Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, TM1, M3 or VBA is an advantage.
