Hermès Sellier (Pantin) seeks a Management Control Intern — 6‑month full‑time internship in Finance starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and monthly revenue reports for top management, including revenue reconciliation and data validation.
- Prepare and submit group reporting in Magnitude; estimate year-to-go (YTG) figures on a monthly cadence.
- Support month-end close activities: verify analytical allocations, calculate provisions and perform corrective actions with operational teams.
- Contribute to budgetary follow-ups for all departments, including analysis of material surpluses and monitoring of travel costs, escalating overruns when necessary.
- Monitor the investments budget and assist in supplier payment processing in accordance with group rules.
- Document and improve existing management processes; deliver ad hoc financial analyses and studies to support decision-making.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (Development, Supply, Purchasing) to ensure operational and financial alignment.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent academic programme; currently seeking a 6‑month internship starting September 2026.
- Ideally one prior internship or practical experience in management control or audit; beginners accepted.
- Excellent command of Excel (PivotTables, formulas); familiarity with POWERBI is a plus.
- Strong analytical reasoning, rigor, synthesis capability and attention to detail.
- Proactive, curious, service-oriented and able to collaborate effectively across operational teams.

Experience
Currently enrolled student (business school or equivalent). Ideally one prior internship in management control or audit; candidates with limited experience but strong academic background and motivation will be considered.
Education
Business school or equivalent university programme (finance, accounting or management major preferred).
