Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and deliver recurring reporting: weekly sales reports, monthly reporting and preparation of presentation packs for senior management (data collection, structuration and harmonization).
- Produce and distribute vendor and contractor reports to line managers; analyse budget consumption on designated envelopes (maintenance, investments, travel).
- Coordinate and supervise month-end and period-end closing activities: manage the team’s closing calendar and ensure accuracy of postings between procurement (Coupa - My easy order) and the accounting system (SAP).
- Ensure integrity of purchase orders and invoices by reconciling account classifications, cost centres and internal orders; manage corrective actions and accounting reclassifications as needed.
- Drive supplier invoicing process: identify and follow up on invoices to validate, missing invoices (FNP), disputes and anomalies; execute collection and escalation with buyers, suppliers and accounting.
- Manage provisions and accruals: support buyers with early receipting on COUPA, prepare templates and record provisions in the accounting system.
- Maintain the purchase order database (adjust delivery dates, close expired POs) and produce final closing reports.
- Contribute to process documentation and procedural updates; support deployment and adoption of new tools (Legisway) within the division.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s-level programme in management, business or equivalent with a finance specialization (Bac+5) and eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
- Availability to start September 1, 2026 for a 12‑month apprenticeship.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, notably Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Working proficiency in written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to build trust with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Autonomous, methodical, highly organised and comfortable working with financial statements and numerical analyses.

Entry-level / apprenticeship: beginners accepted. Prior internships or coursework in financial controlling, accounting or procurement are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's degree in Management, Business or equivalent with a specialization in Finance (Bac+5); must be enrolled in an apprenticeship programme.
