Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily site finance operations and act as a local relay between production teams and the site controller.
• Contribute to monthly closing: assist with time-entry corrections, build site performance syntheses, and consolidate and distribute the pole’s monthly reporting.
• Maintain and update production and performance indicators (billing, hours analysis, headcount) and propose improvements to increase reporting reliability.
• Provide operational support to production teams (badge/time corrections, ad-hoc reporting) and raise timely alerts to site management.
• Participate in budget phases: assist in preparing capacity and financial budgets, construction of production capacities, investments and P&L items, and publish data in TM1.
• Support monitoring of site expenses alongside the site controller and animate pole-level expense follow-up sessions.
• Participate in internal control activities: accompany and verify inventories with logistics/supply chain teams and ensure adherence to internal-control procedures.
• Drive improvements to tools and processes for monitoring operating costs and coordinate inventory planning and progress across the pole.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate student (bac +3) in finance, accounting, management or a related discipline; candidates in the final year of their programme are eligible.
• Beginners accepted; a prior internship or a first professional experience in a company is advantageous.
• Curiosity, initiative and a demonstrated taste for continuous improvement and method optimisation.
• High level of rigor, precision, responsiveness and respect for deadlines; ability to synthesize and escalate information to site management.
• Strong team player with comfort in working at the operational/field level.

Experience

Final-year bachelor’s student or equivalent (bac +3). Beginners are accepted; a prior internship or first-company experience in finance, controlling or operations is desirable.

Education

Bachelor's degree (bac +3) in finance, accounting, management or a related field; final-year students eligible.
