Role & Responsibilities

• Perform invoice control for direct and indirect purchases: verify conformity with orders and receipts, identify and resolve discrepancies with operations and accounting, and monitor invoice status to improve payment lead times.
• Process revenue and consolidate activity data for group reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of figures.
• Prepare, monitor and analyse operating (Opex) and capital (Capex) expenditures by service or project and maintain budget-tracking dashboards.
• Support monthly and period-end closing activities: prepare cut-off entries, control charges and stock accounts, justify variances and assemble extraction files for month-end analyses.
• Contribute to annual budget preparation and interim forecasts, collaborating with operational teams to collect required data.
• Coordinate inventory follow-up with business teams: document counts, animate indicators on exceptional movements and circulate monthly inventory reporting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's programme (business school, university or engineering school); candidates at Master level eligible for apprenticeship contracts.
• Prior internship experience in finance or management control is preferred but beginners are accepted.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel; familiarity with M3, SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, pedagogical approach, client/service orientation and team spirit.
• High level of rigor, respect for deadlines and responsiveness in handling tasks.

Experience

Master-level student; a first professional experience (internship) in finance or management control is desirable. Beginners are accepted.

Education

Master's degree in business, finance, accounting or engineering (in progress) — eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
