Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee performance management through the creation and analysis of comprehensive dashboards tracking revenue, margins, inventory levels, and capital investments
- Participate in six annual accounting closures and perform detailed analysis of income statements and Group reporting
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop annual budgets and three-year strategic plans
- Drive continuous improvement of information systems including NeoBi and SAP Fiori, designing and implementing new performance indicators aligned with business objectives
- Serve as strategic financial partner to business unit leadership, providing analysis and recommendations to support operational decision-making
- Monitor and analyze variance between forecasts and actuals across key business drivers
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance or Engineering degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a financial business partner or management accountant
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP or TM1
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across operational and financial teams
