Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee front-of-house and sales floor operations in partnership with Floor Managers to embody the Maison’s client service standards and act as an ambassador for the boutique.
  • Manage queue and appointment workflows, welcome walk-in clients, and provide a consistently elevated first impression on entry.
  • Guide clients on boutique tours, deliver architectural and product-related information, and escort clients to their appointed sales team or private client areas.
  • Coordinate and prepare private client areas for appointments, maintain booking records and ensure areas are returned to immaculate condition after each visit.
  • Manage service stock ordering and replenishment (beverages, food accompaniments, porcelain, glassware, hygiene and client-service tools) in collaboration with Admin and Service Liaison.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and cleanliness; liaise with visual merchandising and cleaning teams to uphold brand standards.
  • Liaise with and manage the store security team and work with Team Leaders and Floor Managers to resolve external disturbances or client-service issues.
  • Support in-store activations, clientelling activities and sales events; provide sales tools and logistical support during appointments.
  • Provide training and user support for appointment and waiting systems; promote system optimisation and best practices across the sales team.
  • Collate and present reports on private client appointments and service metrics; ensure audit compliance across all aspects of the role.
  • Identify service improvements, share best practices with colleagues and assist with ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in customer-facing retail, luxury hospitality or front-of-house operations (requisition specifies Minimum 3 years).
  • Full working rights to work in Australia are required.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on discretion and client confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑pace luxury retail environment and to coordinate multiple stakeholders (sales, security, VM, service teams).
