Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, monitor, and maintain equipment according to established maintenance schedules and protocols
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions, propose technical solutions, and execute repairs promptly
- Respond to equipment failures and breakdowns with rapid emergency intervention
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance safety and operational performance of installations
- Operate and manage computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) effectively
- Conduct inventory audits, maintain accurate spare parts stock records, and prepare purchase requests
- Request and evaluate quotations from equipment suppliers and vendors
- Update and refine preventive maintenance schedules and protocols
- Supervise external contractor interventions and coordinate outsourced maintenance activities
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve complex technical challenges

Qualifications
- Technical competencies in electrical maintenance and automation systems
