Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all technical and regulatory maintenance activities for the assigned building, ensuring compliance with Hermès standards and local regulations.
- Manage and prioritise intervention requests through the GMAO (CMMS); ensure timely execution of corrective and preventive maintenance and report on outstanding service orders.
- Coordinate and oversee projects and works included in the multi‑year plan: prepare or review specifications, participate in tendering, select contractors and follow site execution to final acceptance.
- Monitor contractual performance: verify scope, contractual clauses and work quality of external service providers; inspect work on site and enforce health & safety measures and prevention plans.
- Control energy performance by monitoring building systems via DESIGO and analysing consumption variances using DEEPKI and QUALISTEO; collaborate with the Energy Manager to define remedial actions.
- Maintain and consolidate maintenance methods and documentation: upkeep of GMAO records, maintenance procedures, operating modes and preventive cadences.
- Draft and review Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documentation, lead safety briefings (causeries) and perform site inspections to escalate issues and ensure partner acculturation to Hermès HSE standards.
- Provide operational reports and KPIs to the responsible RMO Bâtiment; manage budgets and follow up on quotes for both charges and investments.
- Ensure service continuity when required, including occasional technical on‑call shifts (weekend and evening site closures) and weekly site presence until site closing.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary technical diploma (BTS, DUT or equivalent) in building services, electromechanical engineering or similar.
- Minimum 5–6 years' experience in maintenance coordination within a structured, demanding corporate or industrial environment (e.g., headquarters or logistics hub).
- Proven experience in contractor management, tendering (RFP), project follow‑up and site acceptance procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of HSE requirements and ability to produce and verify safety documentation and prevention plans.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor, responsiveness and a developed service orientation; able to formalise processes and produce clear reporting.

Experience
Five to six years of progressive experience coordinating building maintenance and projects in a structured, safety‑driven environment; experience working with external contractors and using a CMMS is mandatory.
Education
BTS or DUT level technical diploma (building services, electromechanical, facilities management or equivalent).
