Hermès — Tannerie d’Annonay (Annonay): Maintenance Apprentice (alternance) starting Sept 2026. Join the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and spare parts management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and support preventive maintenance programs across the production equipment park.
- Participate in troubleshooting and corrective interventions alongside maintenance technicians.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks and help build the site maintenance plan.
- Codify and manage the spare parts stock; link specific spare parts to their respective equipment.
- Create and document maintenance routines (gammes) and maintenance content.
- Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure operational continuity and equipment reliability.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a BTS, BUT or professional bachelor's (licence pro) in maintenance, industrial maintenance or equivalent.
- Technical background with an aptitude for mechanics and hands‑on industrial work.
- Committed to respecting safety rules and procedures in an industrial environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen and gain the confidence of colleagues and technicians.
- Methodical, rigorous and capable of formalizing procedures and plans.

Experience
Entry-level / apprenticeship: beginners accepted. Suitable for students currently enrolled in technical maintenance programs with a willingness to work across all facets of industrial maintenance.
Education
Currently enrolled in BTS, BUT or professional bachelor's (licence professionnelle) in maintenance, industrial maintenance or a related technical discipline.
