Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience consistent with luxury brand standards; build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointments and walk-in conversion.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales services with accuracy and discretion.

- Use CRM and clienteling tools to log client interactions, follow up on sales opportunities and coordinate private viewings or special orders.
- Support inventory control processes including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate client feedback and participate in promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience with at least 1 year in luxury, premium or high-end retail environments preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering measurable client retention.
- Polished personal presentation and excellent interpersonal skills; ability to represent a luxury brand with professionalism and discretion.
- Availability for flexible retail hours including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in the hiring country.
