Hermès Sellier — Logistics Project Manager in Pantin. Lead intralogistics transformation, SI projects and site relocation for the Nouvelles Chances Produits department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end projects for the Nouvelles Chances Produits (NCP) department, from requirements framing through go‑live and post‑launch support, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule and governance.
- Co‑design and deploy the project roadmap in collaboration with the Head of the Project Unit and steer multiple concurrent initiatives across SI, logistics, operations and after‑sales.
- Capture functional needs, write expressions of requirements and specifications, manage calls for tender and evaluate vendor deliverables.
- Plan and animate workshops, COPROJ/COPIL and steering committees; produce clear, structured reporting and executive syntheses.
- Define and manage test plans, organise functional acceptance (recettes) and validate deliverables before production release.
- Anticipate and escalate risks; propose mitigation plans and maintain proactive issue management.
- Drive change management (impact analysis, communications, training and adoption) to secure team buy‑in and operational readiness at go‑live.
- Audit intralogistics flows, processes and tools to identify priorities and propose a phased optimisation roadmap (capacity, organisation, WMS/TMS and automation).
- Produce strategic recommendations and benchmark market best practices (Lean, automation, robotisation, WMS/TMS, IA/analytics).
- Coordinate the logistics site relocation project (real estate, intralogistics, processes, SI) in close collaboration with HR, After‑Sales and support functions.
- Supervise and manage external partners and consultants, ensuring deliverable quality and contractual commitments.
- Organise regular performance monitoring via KPIs and flash reports; transfer project outputs to Continuous Improvement teams for long‑term sustainment.
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering school, university or business school.
- Minimum of approximately 3 years' proven experience in project management, ideally managing multiple parallel projects with strong exposure (in‑house or consulting).
- Demonstrated experience in cross‑functional stakeholder management and transverse team leadership.
- Proven capability to manage project risk and to propose pragmatic mitigation measures.
- Functional knowledge of one or more ERP solutions; prior exposure to warehouse operations is a strong plus.

Approximately 3 years in a similar project management role, ideally within supply chain/logistics or consulting, with demonstrated experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder programmes and delivering operational change in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Education
Degree from an engineering school, university or business school.
