Logistics Processing Staff at Hermès in Dayton, NJ – $18.25–$20.17/hr, full-time warehouse operations role supporting retail, wholesale, and e-commerce fulfillment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute sorting, checking, and receiving of products and materials, escalating issues to leads and managers as necessary
  • Maintain general stock organization and shelving, high bay, and staging areas in compliance with safety protocols
  • Perform RF picking in warehouse management system (WMS), location transfers, and product verification per pick tickets and putaway documentation
  • Conduct detailed e-commerce and corporate gift order packing for multiple account types
  • Execute carton sortation and palletization using appropriate material handling equipment
  • Prepare and maintain inventory for cycle counts and physical stock verification
  • Complete accurate documentation across all assigned areas in accordance with company policy
  • Follow sustainability and recycling guidelines for all packaging materials and certified destruction procedures for Hermès packaging
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment including sweeping and shelving maintenance
  • Support special events, construction, visual merchandise, and supplies processing as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds within company safety guidelines
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capacity to produce accurate work within productivity performance standards
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules, including holiday periods
